Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.

How to play: Starting at 11:00 AM CT May 23, 2025 and ending at 5:00 PM CT June 3, 2025 (Promotion Period), enter for a chance to win Frozen Greek Yogurt for the summer (summer defined as from June 9, 2025 through August 29, 2025 restrictions apply ) at Rotisserie Ema (valid for pick-up only Monday – Friday 11:00 am to 3:00pm/holidays excluded, days and times subject to change without notice) at 74 W. Illinois St. Chicago, IL 60654 with an approximate retail value of Two Hundred Fifty Seven Dollars eighty three cents ($257.83) by going to either the Ema Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/emarestaurants/ or the Sherrie Tan Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/sherriesavorsthecity/ (“Promotion Sites”), follow both Rotisserie Ema and Sherrie Tan, “Like” the post and tag two friends in the comment section. Unlimited entries are permitted. Each comment with 2 tags equals one entry. To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Rot Ema Frozen Greek Yogurt Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by June 3, 2025, and received by June 6, 2024. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win. One winner will be randomly selected and notified at or about 5:00 PM CT, June 6, 2025, by Instagram direct message or email depending on entry method. Sponsor will request their full name and email. Sponsor will email a link to a Sparkfly offer with a unique barcode they must present at each visit to redeem their prize at Rotisserie Ema, 74 W. Illinois Chicago, IL. A valid government issued identification card will be required for prize redemption. Winner must respond/accept the prize within 24 hours to remain eligible. Winner will be required to redeem prize by expiration date, August 29, 2025. (One frozen Greek yogurt with oil and salt per day. Not valid Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) Other restrictions may apply.

No alcoholic beverages, transportation, travel or accommodations are included. If winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification or fails to provide adequate information for prize pick up or delivery, the prize may be considered forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by Sponsor in their absolute and sole discretion. Prize includes one frozen Greek yogurt per day, Monday through Friday during the prize window (excluding weekends and holidays as specified above) with an approximate total retail value of Two Hundred Fifty Seven Dollars eighty three cents ($257.83) (gratuity not included). Each frozen Greek yogurt with an approximate retail value of $3.95 plus tax of $0.42 for a total approximate retail value of $4.37 each). One per day only. Not valid with any other promotion or offer, not valid for alcohol, not valid toward Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner points, not valid for discounts. Not valid for dine-in or delivery or redeemable for cash or refund of any kind. No substitutions or variations will be provided.

How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message or email on or about 5:00 pm CST June 6, 2025. Winner will be required to respond within 24 hours. Failure to respond within the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner in their sole discretion. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit”). If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to execute, if applicable, the Affidavit or other documentation or provide complete information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if the result of human error on the part of Sponsor. General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. No cash value and no refunds on unused amounts. Gratuity is not included. Prizes are non-transferable. Not valid with any other offer or promotion. Not valid toward Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner points. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry and/or participation constitutes a full and complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion.
